Payment Disclosure Information
Please read the following information before submitting payment
-Membership Dues must be paid in full before opening day.
-Memberships are sold on a first come first serve basis.
-Check or money order should be mailed with completed membership form to Brookside Swim Club,
P.O. Box 42054, Cincinnati Ohio 45242. DO NOT MAIL TO BROOKSIDE STREET ADDRESS.
-Partial payments may be made by check or money order throughout the off season and mailed to the above address. We do not accept partial credit card payments.
-Returned Checks will be subject to a $35.00 fee.
-Credit card prices below include dues, sales tax, and processing fees of 3.9% plus $.49.
-Refunds for online payments will not include processing fees.
-No refunds partial or full will be made after opening day.
-We do not offer any pro-rated membership dues after opening day.

We are no longer accepting online payments. If interested in joining, please bring your completed registration and payment to the pool (Check cash or credit card accepted). We look forward to having you with us for the 2024 Summer!
